When Mattel brought its video production of product-based YouTube videos in-house, the team I led provided scripts to aid the transition. The work increased views on the Polly content by anywhere from 10% to 100%. “Magic Pineapple Monkey Mystery,” written by me, acquired more than 1M views in the first month and has continued to climb to 2.8M.
